Pastor Jim Graff

Jim Graff

A gifted pastor and leader who skillfully communicates the truth that brings out God's best in others, Jim has pastored Faith Family Church, a vibrant church in Victoria, Texas, for over 20 years. Under his leadership, Faith Family has grown from a congregation of 300 to 4,000 -- in a city of only 60,000.

Faith Family was named one of America's Outstanding Protestant Churches in a study done by the University of North Carolina, which identified 300 excellent Protestant Congregations in the United States.

Jim also serves as a founder and president of the Significant Church Network -- a growing organization that aims to build significant thriving churches in America's smaller counties and in overlooked places around the world. Jim is also the author of the bestselling book, A Significant Life. Jim is married to his lovely wife, Tamara, who serves by his side in ministry. Together they have four wonderful children -- Michael, Andrea, Emily and Geoffrey.

 

Pastor David Swann

David Swan

David Swann has spent his life struggling with the problems common to building a church in a small community. After graduating from Bible School in 1980, he returned to his hometown of Clovis, New Mexico and started Faith Christian Family Church with his wife, Roxanne.

For 10 years, the church remained stagnant with only 150 in weekend attendance. Then Pastor Swann gained some important insights that enabled his church to attract more people. Soon, Faith Christian Family Church grew to surpass 1000 people in attendance every weekend. Today, their weekly average attendance is over 2000!

For over a quarter of a century, the Swann's church has been an oasis of love and compassion in their region. Today, in addition to pastoring, David serves as a National Director for the Significant Church Network.

Pastor Swann and his wife, Roxanne, continue to inspire small county churches to influence their communities and are the co-authors of Guarantee Your Child's Success.

 

Pastor Mark Harrell

Mark Harrell

Mark Harrell, a native of New Roads, Louisiana, graduated from CFNI in 1981 and later served as associate pastor to Roy Stockstill at Bethany World Prayer Center, Baton Rouge, LA.  In 1990,  Mark and his wife, Jeanette pioneered Victory Christian Fellowship in Somerset, KY, where they still serve today.  In 1995, the church started and still sponsor Somerset Christian School, an ACSI accredited P-K through 12th grade private school.

Pastor Mark and Jeanette work side by side in ministry.  Jeanette oversees the nursery ministry and leads women’s Bible Studies and retreats on a regular basis.  Pastor Mark established a state-wide Pastor’s Prayer Focus that meets monthly for prayer and edification and is birthing 24 Hour Prayer Stations all over Kentucky.  Mark also meets with and disciples leaders in his church as well as local pastors in the community.  He has a vision to disciple and mentor others to fulfill their calling in Christ.

Pastor Mark and Jeanette have three sons, Andrew, Jonathan and Michael.
